I work in a zoo, and love to collect primate jewelry. But have you seen some of the stuff that’s out there? Some of it is positively grotesque! Either the designer tries to make monkey earrings that are way too cutesy, or they attempt to make them realistic in a very peculiar way. There has to be a perfect balance, and I think I’ve discovered it on this site. What a relief! I only hope the artist continues to design them – there are so many possibilities, meaning so many species to cover! And if she gets all the popular monkeys in a pendant or charm, how about some lemurs? This could go on and on!

Now my particular thing happens to be primates, but if you are a nature jewelry lover, you can find squirrel pendants, elephant earrings, all things great and small. This is a gigantic site, and I could spend the better part of a day searching through all the design possibilities. But what I find completely remarkable is that all the silver and gold jewelry in this unique website store is made by only one person. Granted, she has them cast for her, but you’d expect that, of course. But even that part is all done in the USA.
