One indoor bonsai tree that is popular among working individuals is the Mini Jade, or the portulacaria afra or Africa Jade. This bonsai is capable of surviving in any office environment. Why point that out? Offices often turn down the heat over the weekend in order to save money, plus the lights are often out and the blinds closed over the weekends. However, the Mini Jade is capable of handling this and still thriving. A native of South Africa, the Mini Jade tends to feature pale green leaves that are almost perfectly round. Overall, the Mini Jade is about a third of the size of a full, standard Jade. It features a fleshy trunk and branches that can store a good amount of water. While it’s a wonderful looking tree, its easy care makes it an ideal beginner bonsai.

Mini Jade bonsai flourish in temperatures between 75 and 80 degrees during the day and 55 degrees during the night. However, they can live in temperatures as low as 40 degrees, which is why they will survive the colder weekends at the office. They also only need watering only about once a week, so you don’t have to keep checking the soil. The Mini Jade does like abundant sunshine, though, so you may want to place it near a window.

As far as outdoor bonsai trees that flower go, the Royalty Flowering Crabapple is known as one of the best. The amazing pinkish red flowers that this bonsai grows during the spring are simply gorgeous, and they smell amazing too. The flowers appear before the foliage does, which is a reddish bronze in color and has a green underside. During the summer, the Royalty Flowering Crabapple will actually grow tiny little apples. These fruits eventually turn red as the season changes from summer to fall, and they remain on the tree all during the winter. This gives your outdoor bonsai garden a touch of color even during the coldest months. The Royalty Flowering Bonsai is easy to grow and is very resistant to pests.

This is excellent news since many bonsai are susceptible to various pests. One of these is fungus. If you spot some fungi growing on your bonsai tree, the first thing you should try is an organic fungicide. Do not use chemicals at first since they can greatly damage your bonsai. Try the organic fungicide on a small area of your bonsai first to see how the tree reacts, and then spray the entire tree if it seems to work.

The impurities, toxins and chemical are highly eliminated from water and as a result the water has a better taste and content. We will eliminate the absorption of chlorine and harmful chemicals through drinking or skin and hair absorption through bathing. The clothes will not be contaminated anymore and will not be a source of rashes or other illnesses caused by microbial presence. More the tubs and toilets will not offer to microbial sources to install. If not using such filters it can affect your health by causing asthma or respiratory problems by the toxins that will be present in the air of a contaminated environment.

Using such a system can have sever positive effects upon the nearby environment and the entities that leave within. The dust, dirt, sand or any other particles are first removed. Next, the chlorine and other chemicals are eliminated through the carbon actions. Last the UV filters are removing any existing bacteria or germs. This will results in clean and purified water in every source of the house.

Have you ever tried to ship a bonsai tree from the US to Canada? Let me share an insight I gained when trying to send my sister a bonsai for her birthday. She’s in Ontario going to the University of Guelph and I thought she’d love one of these very awesome little trees. But here’s the problem. You can’t ship bonsai trees across the border – well at least not without a mountain of paper work and a lot of time spent hanging around the border. None of the commercial bonsai greenhouses will do it and frankly I don’t blame them. But I did find a way to send my sister a beautiful little Barbados Cherry Bonsai tree and it was easy.

But there’s only one web site that I know of that will do it and it’s called Zen Garden Bonsai. Actually they don’t ship indoor bonsai trees or outdoor bonsai across the border, but what they have done is find a way to source trees in both countries and so when you go on the site you’ll see indoor and outdoor bonsai including special pages devoted to juniper bonsai and Japanese maples and each tree shows a flag to indicate where it’s from and where you can ship it. So not only did I find a bonsai to ship to Canada, I had one sent to North Carolina at the same time.

Unlike the others that fall under the conventional saber class of swords where the curve of the blade is designed as slashing weapons, the cavalry sabers of the United States were curved intently for thrusting attacks. It is also distinguished with its hand guard which protects the knuckles as well as the thumb and forefinger of the person holding the weapon. This tough and flawless 1860 U.S. Cavalry Saber is the heavy kind, as distinguished from the lighter classes of the cavalry sabers. Those who wielded this kind of sword were the heavy cavalry soldiers, which is where the sword got its name. At 41-inches in overall length, the sword held a 36-inch long blade.

This replica forged by Cold Steel is one that was hard spring tempered with carbon steel, which means it has the kind of quality and durability that can pass the British proof test. While this is a wonderful addition to your Military swords collection, this heavy cavalry saber well compliments the 1796 Light Cavalry Saber, which is the other kind of saber under this class.
